Head of Payments & Operations
We're building out the operational backbone of a growing EMI, and we're looking for a senior leader to own it. The role combines deep operational expertise with the ability to lead and execute in a fast-moving environment.
What you'll do
- Own daily, hands-on management of CENTROLink and local payment infrastructure
- Lead funds safeguarding and reconciliation — the foundation of the role
- Run payments operations across SEPA, SWIFT, and card schemes (issuing and acquiring)
What we're looking for
- Lithuania-based residence and prior Lithuania-based payments experience
- Funds safeguarding & reconciliation expertise
- SEPA & SWIFT technical know-how
- Card issuing and acquiring experience (Mastercard / Visa schemes)

Technical Product & Integrations Manager
We're looking for a technical product and integrations specialist to help connect Demivolt's platform with payment infrastructure, card technology and partner systems. You'll work across product, operations, compliance and external providers to turn business requirements into reliable technical solutions.
What you'll do
- Manage technical integrations with payment, card and infrastructure partners
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear technical specifications
- Coordinate API integrations, testing, documentation and production launches
- Work with internal teams and external providers to identify and resolve technical issues
- Help improve the reliability, scalability and visibility of Demivolt's platform
What we're looking for
- Experience with fintech, payments, banking infrastructure or regulated financial products
- Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows and technical documentation

Full-Stack Developer
We're looking for a full-stack developer to help build and improve Demivolt's client platform, internal tools and integrations with payment, card and compliance infrastructure. You'll work across the user-facing platform and backend services, helping turn business, operational and regulatory requirements into secure and reliable financial technology.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain features across Demivolt's platform and internal tools
- Develop and integrate APIs with payment, card and infrastructure partners
- Improve account management, permissions, dashboards and operational workflows
- Work with product, operations and compliance to translate requirements into working solutions
- Support testing, deployment, monitoring and production issue resolution
- Help maintain high standards for security, reliability and data protection
What we're looking for
- Strong experience with TypeScript or JavaScript and modern web frameworks such as React or Next.js
- Experience building backend services, APIs and database-driven applications
- Familiarity with AWS services, cloud deployments and application monitoring
- Understanding of authentication, permissions and secure handling of sensitive data
- Ability to work with external providers and understand complex integration documentation
- Experience in fintech, payments, banking infrastructure or regulated products is an advantage

AML & Financial Crime Specialist
We're looking for an AML professional to support customer due diligence, transaction monitoring and ongoing financial crime controls across Demivolt's business accounts, payments, card programmes and partner models. The role combines practical casework with the opportunity to strengthen AML procedures, monitoring rules and risk controls as Demivolt grows.
What you'll do
- Review customer onboarding, CDD and enhanced due diligence cases
- Investigate transaction monitoring alerts and unusual payment activity
- Review sanctions, PEP and adverse-media screening results
- Conduct periodic and event-driven customer and partner reviews
- Document decisions, escalate concerns and support suspicious activity reporting where required
- Identify emerging AML risks across different business models, jurisdictions and payment flows
- Review the effectiveness of AML controls and recommend improvements
- Support AML policies, procedures, training and management reporting
What we're looking for
- Experience in AML/CFT or financial crime within an EMI, payment institution, fintech or bank
- Strong understanding of CDD, EDD, sanctions screening and transaction monitoring
- Experience investigating complex customers, ownership structures and payment activity
- Sound judgement and the ability to document and explain risk decisions clearly
- Confidence working with different jurisdictions, business models and customer risk levels
- A practical, proportionate and detail-focused approach to AML compliance
